Do you ever wonder what has Lakeridge got to offer? Well, for one, Lakeridge is a park by trade and is situated right near the marina below Mercer Island. The community is great. The nature is promising. And it's not very far from the city. There are more things to love about this place and nearly nothing to dislike. First, it would be great if you could take a short tour. Let's start from Rainier Avenue. Driving from the South, this takes you alongside Renton Municipal Airport, which you probably would be using often to get in and out of Seattle.
Mount Rainier opens to the port-side drive overlooking the waters at Lake Washington. It's not overly trafficked like any other place in Washington, but that's one thing that makes living near Lakeridge great. From Rainier, you can enter the suburban roads that snake around the area to get to the neighborhoods at Lakeridge. On the other side, you will hit a forest wall that's known as Lakeridge Park, which is a great place to spend your days-off and weekends. Lakeridge scouts around the park and offers you a prominent suburban residence. The place is also easily accessible from downtown Seattle. There are few convenience stores, grocery shopping centers, and other establishments along the borders of Lakeridge but on most days you won't mind driving several minutes to meet civilization down in Seattle.
